Dearest Anna, We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Ludwig. My father and mother (Otto and Louise Mandl) were always so happy to stop in to visit with you and Ludwig for ‘Cafe und Kuchen’ and good conversation. Bill and I enjoyed visiting with the two of you also. With our deepest sympathy and condolences. May he rest in peace. Rosemary and Bill Beaton

Anna, my deepest sympathies. I always enjoyed chatting with Ludwig. He was always so smiley. He was one of the best gardeners and very thoughtful of your families in Germany.
