LINDA SOURIOL,

Suddenly at her home on Friday, April 27, 2007 in her 64th year. Loving wife and best friend of Armand. Dear mother of Christine Doxsee & her husband John, Marlene Middlemiss & her husband Duncan and Michelle Turner & her husband Todd. Sadly missed by her grandchildren – Drew, Alyssa, Scott, Karleigh, Sarah and Eden. Fondly remembered by her siblings – Mary Vandeberg, Anita McIntyre, Olga Hesketh, Steve Turyk & his wife Roseann, George Turyk & his wife Kathy and Cathy Boyle. Linda was dearly loved by her many nieces, nephews, friends and the entire Souriol family. Predeceased by her parents, Walter & Marta Turyk and by her sister Nancy Iwaniuk. Visitation will be held at the Monette & French Funeral Home, on Sunday, April 30, 2007 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Name of Jesus Parish on Monday, April 30, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. In respect of Linda’s wishes, she will be laid to rest in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery following her cremation. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation (P.O. Box 1122, Kirkland Lake, P2N 3M7) or the Kirkland & District Hospital Foundation (145 Government Road, P.O. Box 3000, Kirkland Lake, P2N 3P4) and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
