Leo Richard,

LEO RICHARD,

2021

To honour Leo Richard’s life, family and friends are invited to attend a farewell get together on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 87 Kirkland Lake from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Leo is survived by his wife Sharon, their children Nicole, Marc & Tracy and Jean; grandson Branden; dear friends Shawn, Lewis, James and Krista and sisters Diane & Brian and Lillian. We were all by his side as he started the next journey. He will be remembered by his mother in law Elsie Plourde; sister in law Merry & Gaston; brother in law David & Line; sister Roseanne; brother Yvon & Jocelyne; sister in law Sharon; numerous nephews, nieces, great nieces and great nephews. Leo worked as a Highway Operator for the Department of Highways through many name changes and retired from Miller Maintenance Northern Division. At home he was always the go to man, be it our children’s bikes or others, he changed the oil in many vehicles, maintained our lawnmowers, was the hockey chauffeur for our boys and their friends and was the household renovator. If you needed help he was always there with whatever tool was required. He loved his family and friends. We will miss his presence but our memories will live in our hearts forever. We love you, Leo. Rest In Peace.Offer Condolence for the family of Leo Richard

My Condolences to my sister in law and her kids. Leo god saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered “COME TO ME” whit tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best.”
