Kenneth Smith In loving memory of Mr. Ken Smith, of Englehart, who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital, New Liskeard on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at the age of 72. Born and raised in Englehart, Ken worked at the Englehart & District Hospital in the lab for 20 years, then was a custodian at the Englehart High School for 20 years. He loved nature, camping, the railway and animals, especially his dogs. Pre-deceased by his brother Goldie. He is survived by wife Liz, daughter Jen (Scott), sister-in-law Rose Smith and nephews Ric (Marlene), Brian (Tracy), Brent (Shelly), Larry (Ruth), Mark (Carolee), and sister-in-law Janie (Bob) Babcock, niece Catherine (Vito) & nephew Michael and numerous great nieces and nephews. The family of the late Mr. Ken Smith will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Wednesday, July 15, from 10 - 11 am. A Memorial Service will be held at McDonald Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 15, at 11:00 am. Rev. Jessica Cottrell officiating. In memory contributions to Englehart & District Hospital Fund, Clinic expansion will be greatly appreciated by the family.
