I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your dear mother. She was so wonderful, wise and always happy. My sincere condolences to you and your families….she will be missed…
Sincere condolences to you all during this difficult time. The passing of a loved parent is never easy to accept. May your family have strength, Katrina was a great lady.
So sad to read about Katrina, haven't seen her in a while. Will remember our high school days together, So sorry for your loss.
I’m so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. She was a wonderful lady. Thinking of all of you during this most difficult time.
I am so shocked to hear of your mothers passing. My deepest sympathy to your families.
Saddened to hear this. Condolences. Katrina was a lovely person.
I am in shock. The Bellinghams and Bassetts grew up together. They were on Tower and we were on Second. Mr and Mrs Bellingham were good friends of my parents - essentially good golfing pairs.
Stuart was the same age as my brother John, Katrina and Jim were classmates and Jackie and I went through Central together.
Years later, when Katrina decided to go back to school I taught her at NCAAT; she was one of my brightest students.
We kept in touch throughout the years. Katrina was a wonderful person always smiling through her pain.
May your memories bring you comfort.
Sincerely,
Laurie Bassett

I was saddened to read of Katrina’s passing. I always enjoyed meeting Katrina and Joanie at Giant Tiger or the grocery store. We would have a great gab session about our old Dominion Store days. We sure had a lot of fun working together.
Katrina loved to share her stories about her grandchildren. She always had a smile on her face when she talked about her family.
Rest In Peace Katrina.
Sandy
I am at a loss for words. Such a shock and a huge loss for you, you two were inseparable, the best of friends. Your mom was such fun, I loved playing slowpitch with her and you too! She will be deeply missed by many. Thinking of you with a very heavy heart. Cathy McLaughlin and family
I am very sorry to learn of your loss. Although it has been many years, I remember your mother was caring and kind (I recall her coming to help for a fun class event when Tracy and I were in grade 4 or 5 at Central Public School).
May she rest in peace.
I hope this poem gives some support, I know only to well what losing a loved one can mean.
When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little–but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me–but let me go.
For this is a journey that we all must take
And each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.
Miss Me–But Let me Go!
All our love Sandra, Graham & Aunty Brenda xx
