Rory & I knew your parents from Rotary and always enjoyed our time up in Englehart meeting with the Rotary CLub. Randall was always front and centre, keeping things running smoothly and welcoming everyone to their club. A consummate gentleman, he will surely be missed. Rest in Peace Randall.

Our heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your dad, Glen. Wow, 100 years, the stories he could tell; your dad would have seen so much through all those years. I was so honoured that he was the recipient of the Quilt of Valour that I made (through the Next Stop Englehart Quilters Guild). Condolences to your family,

My condolences to the McFarlane family, I remember Mr. McFarlane from our many trips to the Co-op in Charlton with my parents. He was forever friendly and thoughtful to everyone, even the little kids like I was.

We were very sorry to read of your fathers passing. Our parents Ralph and Fay Coles were very fond of your parents and considered them the best of friends. Sadly they are no longer here but we know they always appreciated your Dad as a real stand up guy. My parents trusted their home in Charlton to your Dad when they weren’t there. We remember Randall as a very nice manager at the Co-op Store in Charlton. Our condolences. Sons Brian Clayton Trent and Paul Coles and daughter Marilyn Presutti

Sending sincere condolences to all of the McFarlane family on the loss of your dear father. Although he lived to be 100, it is never easy to say good-bye.
When I think of Randall, I remember a pleasant cheery person. I remember hearing him often chatting with my Dad on a variety of farming and co-op topics. I believe that they had an enormous mutual respect for each other and looked forward to opportunities to visit and have their discussions.
I truly hope that all of your good memories will outweigh any sadness.
God bless,

Our condolences on the loss of your special father. Randall’s smile always made me feel he was as happy to meet up with Albert and I as we were him. He was such a joy to visit with. And, yes he was a true gentleman.

Sincere condolences to you all. So many wonderful memories from my childhood spending time at your place. I remember your dad's infectious laugh! Once we were grown, I got to see him and your mom a few times and he was always so happy to see me. He made me feel special.
I hope the memories help soften the sadness of saying goodbye.
