Mr. John Mack passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at the Kirkland & District Hospital at the age of 80 years. John was born on April 13, 1928 in Stephensen Twp., ON. to the late Ellen and Clarence Mack. He was predeceased by his sisters Margaret Welch and Maxine Sherratt and brothers George and Robert Mack. John is survived by his loving wife Jean Mack; children Bob (Laurie) Mack and Tracy (Al) French; granddaughters Natasha Roberts, Tanya Drew, Jennifer Mack and Courtney French; great grandchildren Mikhayla, Mackenzie, Cael and Bode. He is also survived by his siblings Winifred Bastien, Evelyn Morin, Cliff Mack and Leslie Mack. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Monette & French Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the “Teck-Hughes Chapel” of the Monette & French Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Corey Copeland officiating. John will be laid to rest in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery at a later date. Donations in John’s memory may be made to C.N.I.B. (1929 Bayview Ave. Toronto, ON.
