JOHN CZUBA,

Mr. John W. Czuba passed away in Kapuskasing on July 10, 2012 at the age of 83 years. John was predeceased by his spouse Marguerite (née Fournier). He is survived by his children Ted (Helene) Czuba of Kapuskasing, John (Lynn) Czuba of Rockland, Anne (Wendell) Scott of Manotick, Lise (Joey) Hanlon of Winnipeg and Lori (Daryl) Brohm of Swastika. John is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends at the French Family Funeral Home (111 Burnside Dr.) on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Holy Name of Jesus Parish on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Wayne Mills officiating. John will be laid to rest in the family plot in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery. Donations in John’s memory may be made to the Holy Name of Jesus Parish (39 Kirkland St. Kirkland Lake, ON.
