So sad to hear of Joe’s passing. His dry humour will always be missed. I worked with Joe for many years. Many guys at the Mine knew him as GI Joe! Condolences to the family. May he rest in peace.

Not too many people know Joe was a ruthless YATZEE player who beat the pants off me more times than I can count. The last game will be remembered for a long time. I will truly miss our Monday night sessions. I will miss telling you to shut up and you keep asking me if I was ever a blonde! More people loved you than you ever even knew. I was not ready to let you go yet, Joe….you jerk xoxoxoxo

I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my belated condolence. May the God of all comfort, Jehovah, look after you during this most difficult time. In the book of Revelation 21:3,4 there is a beautiful promise He gives where He says that soon will come a time when death, mourning, and tears will be no more. To substantiate what the Bible says about this promise, type the following link into your browser: tinyurl.com/jyp4yl4. May thoughts and scriptures like this be of comfort to you during this most difficult time.

We are so sad to learn of Joe’s passing. Such a caring person, always willing to lend a helping hand. We can no longer look forward to his dropping by for a visit, most often with a box of Timbits in hand for a treat. His stories and sense of humour will be missed so much. RIP dear friend.

I drove to Hamilton many years ago with Joe. His humor there and back made the trip just fly by. Every once in awhile I would run into Joe somewhere on the streets of KL. He was a good man. I had a great deal of respect for him. The world was a better place because Joe was around. I will miss our occasional meetings. As a fellow diabetic I know some of his struggles Rest now Joe you deserve it.
