I’ve knows PeeWee for many many many many years. We partied with friends many many times along the years in Matachewan. Then we got older and started to behave a bit more, believe me, that was a great new step to make us live longer. I just have to say this too. Once when I was visiting Peewee, I kiddingly asked him to marry me thinking I would get a big flat NO. But to my surprise he answered a big loud YES. Well we became much closer and we always laughed with family and friends whenever we had the chance, especially on Birthdays and many other Special days. Thanks to my brother Gerry who took such good care of Peewee along the years and it has been a long time. Thanks Bro for taking care of my future husband to be but now he’s an Angel up there and someday we will all be able to have more fun too. Peewee’s is watching over us now and God, thank you for letting us enjoy Peewee for many many years.

We the Council and Staff of the Corporation of the Township of Matachewan wishes to send our sincerest condolences to the family of the late and great Jean Marie a.k.a. “Peewee” Grenier. Many of us knew Peewee our entire lives. We were blessed to have had him here in Matachewan as long as we did. God Bless!
