ZIOLKOWSKI, Henryk – It is with deep sadness that we announce Henryk’s passing on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at the Kirkland & District Hospital. Henryk is predeceased by his parents Pawel and Victoria Ziolkowski and five brothers. He is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife, soul mate and best friend Betty (née Hall); his two sisters Aurelia and Yola; his beloved children Victoria (Raymond) of Sault Ste-Marie, Paul also of Sault Ste-Marie and Jan (Kathy) of Kirkland Lake. Forever cherished by his grandchildren Paula Lynn (Larry) Sherwin, Shawna Parr, Derek Parr, Paul Jr. Godfrey, Teri Lynn Ziolkowski (Renee), Robin Ann Ziolkowski (Max), Amanda Manchester (Andrew), Christopher Ziolkowski (Christine); precious great grandchildren Brandon Parr, Keshia Godfrey, Matthew Parr and Dylan Walsh as well as numerous nieces and nephews of Poland. Family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a legion memorial service to commence at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held from the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel of the funeral home on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Wayne Mills officiating.
