MARTINO, Helene née McLeod – It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Helene Martino in Calgary, Alberta on December 27th, 2012. Helene was born in Matachewan on September 11, 1933 to the late Paul & Annie McLeod. She is dearly missed by her children Laurence Doucet, Rita Deschamps, Jean-Louis (Chantal) Maheux, Jackie (Charlie) Williams; her precious grand-children Ricky, Stacey, Carole, Rémi, René, Dustin, Serena, Neil, Tamara and great-grand children; her siblings Henriette (Ted) Moffat, Annie (Joey Kulchar) Charlton, Steven (Sharon) McLeod, Joe McLeod, Barney McLeod. Helene was predeceased by her children René Doucet, Norman Labonté, and François Maheux; and her siblings Norma McLeod, Sarah Bédard, Margaret Retes, Laurette Bowes and Paul McLeod. Cremation has taken place and a memorial and condolence service will be held at French Family Funeral Home on January 2nd, 2013 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.Offer Condolence for the family of Helene Martino
