ROZICH, Helen Jane (née Wilson)It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of an Angel; Helen Jane Rozich on Wednesday July 22, 2020 in her 79th year. Helen will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 57 years, John Rozich, and loving children Patti Rozich (Steve) and Mike Rozich (Bonnie). Also left to mourn are brothers Brian Wilson (Sybil), Gord Wilson (Tammy), sisters Ruth Lindsay (d. Gord Lindsay) and Irene Seddon (d. Keith Seddon), sister-in-law Vera Rozich, and brother-in-law Emo Rozich (Mary Rozich). Loving Nanie to Dustin (Allie), Mikey, Linden, Kiara Phippen (Richard), great Nanie to Mattias and Connor, and auntie to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Helen was predeceased by her parents Ervine and Vera Wilson, brothers Joey (d. Trudy), Leonard (Collett), Garnet (Jan), Gary, Earl, sister Margaret (Don Bolduc), and brother-in-law Joe Rozich (d. Mary).Helen was born in South Porcupine, ON before moving to the Kirkland Lake area where she spent over 40 years serving the public in businesses such Trusslers Hardware, Reward Shoe Store, and retiring as manager of Legaré Furniture. Her family was paramount, and spending time with them made her immensely proud. Some of Helen’s passions included working in her garden, serving her community, and hard work; a value that was developed and maintained from a young age. This trait helped give her the strength needed to overcome the many obstacles faced in her later years; strength like no other.A private family celebration of  Helen’s life well-lived will take place at a later date.The family would like to thank all of the caring and compassionate staff at the Kirkland and District Hospital and Teck Pioneer Residence. “Goodbyes are not forever,

My deepest condolences to all your family John. Helen was really appreciated when she took over Donna’s lunch located next to Uptown theatre back in 1971. She was also a wonderful friend when we were in our late teens and Ruth Belec and I enjoyed being with Helen when we were working at St George’s Hardware Store while she worked up the street.
