BOILEAU, Germain Remi

1933 - 2011

Passed away suddenly while on vacation with his family in Jamaica on December 27th, 2011 at the age of 78. He is survived by his wife Odette (Lemieux), son Guy (Maria) of Englehart, daughters Joanne (Dimitri) of Montreal, Lizanne ( Brian) Blodgett of Barrie and seven grand children Maxine, Kody, Nicholas, Michelle, Paul, Gabrien and Daniel. Also survived by brothers Jules ( Rose), André (Claire), and sisters, Yolande (Loris) Bardaggia, Yvonne (Bill) Martel, Pauline (Roger) Grisé, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Armand and mother Germaine (Léveillé) and brother Roger and sister Rita (Therrien). A lifelong resident of Temiskaming, a master carpenter who took great pride in his work for over 60 years. He considered it a life passion and not a job, always. Over the course of his career, he made many lifelong friends which he cherished dearly. He especially took great pride in his family and will be sadly missed. The family of the late Mr. Germain Boileau will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Sunday, January 8, from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Monday, January 9, at 10:00 am. Father Wayne Mills officiating.
