Elsie Margaret Scott's long struggle with dementia has ended. This terrible illness robbed her of her dignity, her memory, and time with her family. She now is reunited in the company of family and friends gone before her. Her full life focused on her family and husband of more than 60 years, Howard Scott. She was the proud mother of her three children, Sharon (Don McLean) New Liskeard, Dr. Donald (Beth) North Bay, Terry (Linda) North Bay. Her eight grandchildren Thomas, Jennalee, Bradley McLean and Brittany, Bourton, Elly Scott and Jordon, Jody Scott and her first great grandson John. Elsie leaves Howard to watch over the evolving and expanding brood. Rest easily Mom knowing you deserve a rest for a job well done. A special and grateful thank you to the staff at the Temiskaming Lodge and Dr. Davies. A summer graveside service will be held in her memory and any donations may be made to the Temiskaming Lodge, 100 Bruce Street, Haileybury, Ontario P0J 1K0 in care of the Auxiliary.
