Thomson, Ella - It is with great sadness her family announces the passing of Ella Thomson, of Englehart and formerly of Stratford, on Saturday September 08, 2012 at the age of 86. Born November 30, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Ethel Heggart of Latchford, ON. Pre-deceased by her loving husband David of Stratford, son Sidney of Stratford, son David Thomson Jr. (wife Molly) of London, sisters Ruth Lefebvre of Latchford, Edith Field of Englehart, May Heggart and brother Len Heggart of North Bay. Loving mother of Bonnie Morenz and friend Floyd Brownlee of Englehart, and Heather Van Kooten and husband Jake of Stratford. Loving grandmother of Cathy McCann, Ken Thomson, Kim Mcclure, Jason, Chris, Scott and Lee Thomson, Brad and Jesse Weber, William and Michael Morenz as well as their spouses and over 18 great grandchildren as well as nieces & nephews. A `Celebration of Life` will be held at the Avondale Cemetery, Stratford, at a later date. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Englehart & District Hospital Fund will be greatly appreciated.
