Barry, Sylvie and Family…..Thinking of you and wishing I was there with you all, to give you all a big Hug….Well Mrs.H. I will sure miss you coming to visit me, when sylvie always took you to MAY’S for a visit, with Aunt grace….Your tea reading, and our chats….You will be missed by family and friends….I am sure you are now chatting with your family in heaven.. We will forever cherish the special memories we have of Aunt Edie. We will always remember her quirky expressions, her quick wit and sense of humour, her laughter and chuckles, her friendship (especially with Gramma Grace), her hugs and kisses and always her love for the family. We are better because we have known her. What a great example she has been to all of us. As we now grieve her loss, we take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with those loved ones who she once grieved. I remember the first time I met Edie, working for the Red Cross! She brought a smile to my face that day and every day after that I saw her! Her sense of humour and love for life, family and friends was special! She has and will continue to hold a very special place in my heart and in my memories. It seems like just yesterday when I snuck up behind her and pinched her bum, gave her big hugs and kisses and told her how much I loved her in such a short time knowing her, she told me I was bad as she hugged me back!
