It is with profound sadness the family of Don Levesque announce his passing on August 30, 2019, at the age of 74 years, after a brief battle with cancer. Don passed away at the Kirkland & District Hospital surrounded by family and loved ones.Don will be deeply missed by his loving and supportive wife Annette; his children Robert (Karen Lemieux) Levesque, Holly (Steve) Sullivan, Don (Stacey) Levesque, Carrie (Eugene Ivanov) Thompson, Daniel (Sheila) Morais, Lynda (Carl Uusivirta) Morais, Tammy Levesque, Tina Levesque;  his 20 grandchildren Kyle, Adam, Jordan, Taigen, Tyler, Taylor, Kennedy, Logan, Chenessa, Cheneka, Donald, Chloe, Zoe, Emi, Teija, Tristan, Erin, Cody, Jennifer, Zachary and 5 great-grandchildren Autumn, Eden, Jacob, Kohen and Miyah.Don is also survived by his sister Claudette (Murray) Elliott and his mother-in-law Ida Roy. Don will also be fondly remembered by many family and friends.Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Yvonne, his sister Louise and his father-in-law Philippe.Don was outgoing and passionate about his love for fishing and hunting. Don also loved socializing with family and friends. He was an intricate part of the community as seen through his involvement with different organizations around Kirkland Lake.Celebration of Life:

Don was a very special man. He had a heart of gold and always a smile on his face. That smile was genuine, you could see it in his eyes. He loved his family very much and spoke proudly of them. My heart goes out to all of you, Annette, Bobby, Don, Carrie, Holly, Tammy, Tina and extended family and friends. I will miss him. He was a true gentleman.
