PHILIP MORIN, David Hugh

In Loving memory of David Morin Sr. who passed away at the Temiskaming Hospital on Tuesday May 19, 2015 at the age of 77 years. Mr. Morin was predeceased by his parents Jessie (nee Munro) and Philip Morin, his brother Harold Morin and his borther-in-law Vern Miller. He is survived by his loving wife Shirley (Miller), his two sons Bobby and David , his daughter-in-law Sophie , his grandchildren; Linden and Kaylan and his sisters-in-law Kitty Miller and Joy Klem and his brother-in-law Bob Klem, as well as, several nieces and nephews. Dave was a long time member of the the New Liskeard Lions Club. He also spent many hours coaching or managing many sports organizations including Lions Midget Hockey, Lions Fast Pitch, TDSS/NLSS Track and New Liskeard Minor Hockey. Dave had a successful carreer in telecommunications and retired from ONTERA (Ontario Northland Telecommunications) after 35+ years. The family of the late Dave Morin will receive friends at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Friday from 2 pm until 4 pm and from 7pm until 9 pm. If desired, donations to Community Cancer Care, New Liskeard Lions Midget Hockey or Ladies Night Out Supporting Community Cancer Care will be greatfully acknowledged.
