Suddenly at the Kirkland & District Hospital on Monday, March 26, 2007 in her 71st year. Much loved mother of Marc Noel & his wife Inger Isachsen of North Bay and Denis Noel & his wife Sharon of Kirkland Lake. Fondly remembered by her three grandchildren – Leeann, Mathew and Carlee. Survived by her mother Jeannette Belanger of Kirkland Lake and by her brothers Gerald Belanger of Temagami and Ronald Belanger & his wife Sandra of Kitchener. In respect of Cécile’s wishes, cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation (P.O.
