Its very sad to hear about Mr. Perrys passing. He and his wife lived out the back of us for most of my life and we often chatted across the back fence. They were lovely people and were amazingly kind to us when my dad passed. Every time we would go up to Kirkland Lake for our summer visit we would drop in to see them and have a lovely visit. So many of our neighbours have now gone and its going to be very sad to go up there and not have them to visit. Thanks for everything Mr. Perry. Condolence To Rick and his family.

Federal Street will never be the same without the Perry’s. My boys and I would always get a wave and a smile when we walked or drove past their house. Mr. Perry was such a helpful and thoughtful neighbor….he came to my rescue one day when my laundry had gotten all tangled around my clothesline. I was outside on a kitchen chair with a broom when he spotted me and came over to help. He’d bring my recycling and garbage bins back to my door every Wednesday after the trucks had gone by. Mr. Perry took care of everyone in the neighborhood. He and June sure will be missed. Susan, Seth & Eli

Our sincere condolences to the family. Such a wonderful man. My dad Clayton McLaughlin would always say he was a hard worker.

So sorry for your loss. I live on Wishman St. & June & Clarence often took a walk up around the block to have a chat with us/me. They were a lovely couple, very nice people. Sincere condolences.
