It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Charles David Russell. Mr. Russell passed away at his home in Temagami on Sunday November 24, 2013 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Karen Russell (nee Hynes) and loving son of the late James and Margaret Russell. In keeping with Charles' wishes there will not be any visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place.
