Diane and Rae family, please accept our sympathies. Brian and I worked closely in 1997 for several months following the big rockburst in the Macassa No. 3 shaft that shut down mine production. I would go to his welding shop everyday and often multiple times to check with Brian and Tom on the progress on the 5150 level loading pocket components. Brian produced quality and timely work for that fast-tracked job to get the mine back in production……and always with a smile. A great guy with a kind heart. RIP Brian

Bill & Jo-Ann Glover, March 1, 2021

I extend my condolences to the Rae family. Brian always took his teaching duties and academic responsibilities very seriously and his welding students appreciated his utmost professionalism to his skilled trade. Brian will be missed.
