LARSON, Bertha
1940 - 2022
It is with profound sorrow that we had to say goodbye to Bertha Larson (1940-2022) as she took her final journey on well-deserved angel wings to meet her Creator who will lead her to her predeceased loved ones; Parents: Maggie (1986), Dave (1968), Daughter Mabel (1959) Great grandson Wyatt and Liam. Sisters: Stella Hamel, Elizabeth, Margo. Brothers: Hennessey, Raymond, Albert, Randy. Stepbrother: Ronald Cholette In-laws: Carl and Yolande, Al and Pauline, Betty and Ken.
Left to mourn are her loving husband of 62 years, Liss Larson and children whom she adored; Sherry, Dave, Daniel (Sylvie), Kristine (Leroy), Dale (Denis), Tony (Terry), Martin (Lorraine), Sonya (Ray), Bruce (Diana), D'Arc (Trevor), Dwaine (Sylvie) ...22 Grandchildren and 34 Great- Grandchildren. Also left to mourn are sisters Claire (Joe) Byrne, Jocelyne Robinson. In-laws; Norman, Sonja, Jimmy Moen.
Her husband, children and extended family and friends will most surely have that one memory they will carry with them eternally.
Bertha (Ma) left an indelible impression on everyone who knew her, be it at bingo, cards, singing or just by being around her. She was mischievous. Her laugh was contagious and you couldn't help but laugh along with her to such an extent you left with a sore stomach, teary eyes, and gasping for air. She was game for anything. Because she had a never-ending positive attitude, being around her was an absolute joy.
Special thank you to Extendicare and especially Tracy for giving such loving care,
