PEEVER, Avelyn

In loving memory of Mrs. Avelyn Peever (Bebee) who passed away at Englehart & District Hospital, on Friday, August 24, 2018 at the age of 92. Pre-deceased by her husband Ivan Peever, her parents Cecil & Gertrude (White), brothers Clinton, Garnett, Carlos, and sisters Agnes and Gwen. She is survived by her daughter Dale and son Leslie. Also, she will be sadly missed by her 2 grandsons Troy & Jared and her 2 great grandchildren Lainey & Parker; sister-in-law Twyla (Bruce) Wilson, brother Kelvin (Signe) and her sister Altina Haase and by many nieces and nephews. Avelyn was a long-time member of the Willing Workers and took great pride in their activities and accomplishments. She was a avid quilter, knitter and bowler. Avelyn enjoyed her flowers and belonged to the Englehart Horticultural Society. Her greatest joy was nurturing her grandsons, whom she loved dearly. Special thanks to Northview Nursing Home, the doctors, EMS and staff at Englehart & District Hospital and McDonald Funeral Home. We would especially like to thank the amazing nurses who took such loving care of Mom. The family of the late Mrs. Avelyn Peever will have a Graveside service at the Ingram Cemetery, Tomstown on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 11:00 am. Rev. Stephen Crosby officiating. In memory contributions to Englehart Hospital Palliative Care Room or the Good Shepherd Church will be greatly appreciated. Lunch to follow at Tomstown Presbyterian Church.
