MARSHALL, Audrey

1932 - 2022

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Audrey Marshall (Harrison) at the age of 90. She passed peacefully at Englehart hospital on Wednesday August 17, 2022.
Audrey was born on May 29, 1932, and was married to her late husband William Marshall for 56 years.
She was the loving daughter of Richard and Annie Harrison, and sister to Anne, Florence, Ruth, George and Norman.
She was a beloved mother and will be greatly missed as she leaves behind her four children George (Diane Daniels), William, Diana (Guy Freeman) and Sandra (Jean-Marc Boileau).
She was a loving grandmother to Kimberley (John Kaye), Bryan, David (Lindsey Vella), Leda-Mai (Chris Plante), Brandon (James), and Joslyn (Emilie); great-grandmother to Heather, Austin, Liam and Braeden; and aunt to many nieces, nephews and cousins and loved pets throughout her journey.
As the sun has set on her life's journey we will cherish all the fond memories of how blessed it was to be a part of her journey; she will be forever missed and in our hearts because there she is still alive.
"Whenever you want to see me,
Always look at the sunset.
I will be there."
If you wish to honour her memory during a beautiful sunset evening raise a glass of your choice to the sky and give a toast in her honour.
At Audrey's request there will be no funeral service or celebration of life.
The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the staff and doctors at Englehart hospital during her stay, plus the PSWs from Closing the Gap and Ellery Veerman.

When I think of Aunt Audrey, I will always remember her ready smile, her sense of humor, and her laugh! I can still hear it even after all this time! I am glad she finally had the chance to watch the sunset from her little house on the prairie. I will also remember that Aunt Audrey was there for us when our family needed help the most. She is in good company now and is likely catching up with Uncle Bill, Gramma & Grampa, Aunt Anne, Aunt Florence, Ma & Pa (Aunt Ruthie and Uncle Tom), and Uncle Normy and Uncle George. No doubt Witchie-poo will have a tale or two to tell! She smiled the brightest whenever she spoke or thought of you, and no doubt that glass will be raised to all of you.
