ARTHUR MARTINEAU,

It is with sadness that the family of the late Arthur Martineau announces his passing on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at the Bingham Memorial Hospital in Matheson. He was predeceased by his parents Agnes (née Boursier) and Henri Martineau; his loving wife Delma Martineau (née Lalonde) and his brother Jean Guy Martineau. Arthur is survived by his siblings Lucille (late Marcel) Bouchard, Gisele Martineau, Lise (late Ernest) Messier, Marcel (Suzanne) Martineau, Lucien (Carole) Martineau, Robert (Gloria) Martineau, Nicole (Gilles) Des Hotel and Normand Martineau. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins as well as his sisters and brothers in law. The family will receive relatives and friends at Paroisse St-Laurent in Ramore on Friday, February 11, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Arthur will be laid to rest next to his wife at the St-Laurent Cemetery in the spring. Donations in Arthur’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (P.O. Box 1122 Kirkland Lake, ON. P2N 3M7).
