In loving memory of Mr. William `Bill` Morris Garner who passed away at Englehart & District Hospital, on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the age of 62. Bill & Deb came to Temiskaming on their honeymoon in 1984, drawn by the prospect of farming. They purchased their first farm in Chamberlain Twp. where they raised their 4 children., moving to a farm in Hilliard Twp. in 2000. Came to know the Lord Jesus as his Savior in 1991; and now is at comfort with the Lord. Bill was farm co-ordinator and Ag worker at the New Liskeard Ag Research Sation for 25 years, he also served on boards of the Temiskaming Cattlemens; Temiskaming Community Pasture, member of Elk Lake Gun Club and Temiskaming Bull`s Eye Club. Pre-deceased by brothers-in-law Russ McQuaig and Walter Bland. He is survived by his wife Deb, children Jessica of Cambridge, Ryan of Edmonton, Justin (wife Jessica) of Harley Twp. & Zachary of Hilliard Twp, his parents Bill & Ellen Garner of Rockwood, On; siblings Brian, Barb McQuaig (Ray Rowlson), Linda Death, Don, Richard (Robyn), Anne and Kevin (Jennifer). Also by several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family of the late Mr. Bill Garner will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Wednesday, February 18, from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Good Shepherd Church on Thursday, February 19, at 11:00 am. Mr. Jeff Schinkel officiating. Spring interment at the Charlton Cemetery. In memory contributions to Biker`s Reunion, Canadian Cancer Society or the Gospel Hall Trust will be greatly appreciated.
