MERKLEY, Steven
Steven passed away suddenly at home, at the age of 56, on February 3, 2016. He was born in Orillia on March 1, 1959, to William and Marian Merkley. Steve came to Englehart with his family in 1975 and worked at his parents service station. After that, he worked for the O.N.R. for over 25 years. He was kind and caring. He enjoyed nature, cooking, music and watching hockey. He collected all things `Toronto Maple Leafs`. Steven was predeceased by his mother Marian. He will be sorely missed by his father William, siblings; Rick (Cathy) & family, Sue (Bill) & family, Nancy (Mario) & family, daughter Melody (Yvon), granddaughters Katlyn and Jenifer, great grandson Bryson, dearest friend Diane and her daughter and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at McDonald Funeral Home in Englehart, on Saturday, February 13, from 9:30am - 11:00am. A `Celebration of Life` service will be held at McDonald Funeral Home on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 11:00 am. Rev. Ross Bruleigh officiating.
