Anita and I were saddened to read of Stan’s passing. I worked with him at Archer’s Dairy for many years. To me he was like a gentle giant. He was always friendly and personable and very dedicated to his job. We would like to express our sincere condolences at this sad time. Sincerely Jim and Anita Haine

Stan was a very kind gentleman who loved life, his family and his friends. He liked to talk of days gone by, the days at the dairy, hunting and fishing. He will be missed by the residents and staff at Extendicare

My deepest sympathy to Stan’s family. I will always treasure the memories I have of going hunting and fishing with my dad and Stan and Fred Stoltz. Stan was always the coolest guy. He will always be remembered.

I am profoundly sorry to hear about Stan’s passing. He was a good friend of my father, Fred Stoltz. They had a friendship that lasted many years. I remember Stan as a tall gentle man who loved the outdoors. He was very much a man who reflected the values of his generation: strong work ethic, importance of family, appreciation of nature. May he rest in peace. My condolences to the family. Bob Stoltz

Stan was part of my childhood. Visits to his home on Duncan Avenue. Always warm and welcoming. Cool stories about fishing. A big, jovial presence who raised a large and loving family. Missed. RIP Uncle Stan. Alan Thicke
