Our thoughts and prayers are with you at the loss of your father and grandfather. We admire the devotion of Stan’s family in his final days. Linda and I were blessed to visit with Stan a few summers ago and will cherish the memory of that sunny day in his garden. You, as Stan’s children and grandchildren will have many memories to keep him with you forever. Barbara & Richard, Great loss and sorrow, we miss him dearly, just last summer we were talking to him, his mind so sharp he still remembered life in Krakow Poland, his years working with different people but most was the memorable years I have known your dad and your mother as you know when I first came to Kirkland Lake in 1959 your place was my second home a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life those were the good old times, the home parties, beach parties, drive-in theaters and of course the fishing excursions. We join you in pain due to departure of StanisÅaw, your Father, and our Relative . His way across the world was long: as a Polish soldier he left Poland after the World War II & through germany concentration camps finally found his home & family in Canada. rick, barb and families we are so sorry to hear of your dear dad’s passing. he was a lovely, friendly, intelligent and very pleasant man who certainly loved the outdoors. i remember many times going blueberry picking with your mom and dad when visiting in k.l. and all the wonderful family functions we shared. stan loved to debate politics and anything else of interest when visiting with him. again, our sincerest sympathy.

Our deepest sympathy to Stan’s Family. We got to know Stan when our aunt Verna Geroux rented the apartment in the back. Barb & Rick, I offer you my deepest Sympathy on the passing of your dad ⦠Even though it has been a few years since I have last seen Stan I will forever cherish the memories of him , especially when he would take my dad & I fishing to his “Special ” place and also fond memories when Rick Dillane & I lived there attending Northern College and Stan would often cover over and provide the ” fire water ” and your Mom would bring over the perogies. Stan is now free to fish his favorite grounds with his loyal friend Topaz and enjoy your Mom’s perogies…..Stan will be deeply missed
