It is with deep sadness and sorrow that we announce his death on April 19, 2007 at the tender age of 48 years. Scott is survived by his parents Jack and Gwen Polyblank of Kirkland Lake; his beloved son Shane Polyblank of Niagara Falls as well as his step daughter Melany Lapointe of Kirkland Lake. He is deeply missed by his loving and caring girlfriend Carole Lessard; his wife Claudette (Ralph Stubbs) of Niagara Falls; his brothers Paul (Joanne) of Kirkland Lake and Steven of New Liskeard. He will also be remembered by his nephews Steven Jr. and Drew Polyblank of Kirkland Lake. In respect of Scott’s wishes, cremation will be taking place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
