Richard Juliff Sr.,of Englehart, passed away at the Northview Nursing home in Englehart on April 2, 2019 at 5:22am with his granddaughter by his side. He was born in Port Dover, Ontario on June 11, 1934 to Jack and Dorothy Juliff. He worked in the bush and building roads and eventually finished his career working at the Adams Mine, which he loved. In his off time, he enjoyed camping, fishing and travelling. He was married to Annie Bond on December 24, 1956 and had 4 children. Annie passed in 1994 and Richard found love again with Phylena Ellerton and they were married on August 4, 1995. He is predeceased by his wives Annie Bond and Phylena Ellerton as well as his sisters Margaret and Dorothy, brothers Johnny and Fred, sons Richard Juliff Jr. and Robert Juliff. Mr. Juliff is survived his daughter Peggy (Steve), his son Ivan, his daughter in law Elise, his grandchildren Charmaine Juliff, Rick Juliff, Crystal Fossheim, Lacey Remus, Alana Bell, Gavin Juliff and Nikki Moulton. He will be sadly missed by his siblings Violet Smith, Doreen Danton and George Juliff and by many great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wives Annie Bond and Phylena Ellerton as well as his sisters Margaret and Dorothy, brothers Johnny and Fred, sons Richard Juliff Jr. and Robert Juliff. As per his wishes, there will be no service for Mr. Juliff. The family wishes to thank the Northview Nursing home staff for all their wonderful care over the years.
