Palmira was an Extendicat. I state that here because in all likelyhood no one will remember. She played the kazoo, and was a lively member of the band. Her favourite song, from which she got her nickname, was “Wooly Bully.” She was a real hep cat.

FACCHIN, Palmira Rosetta (née Bresolin) – Mira passed away at the Kirkland & District Hospital on Monday, July 16th, 2012. Mira was predeceased by her husband Luigi, both of her parents, 3 brothers and 4 sisters. She will be forever remembered by her only child Johnny (Josee), her 4 precious grandchildren: Des’Ree, Lea, Dylan and Allison, and her only surviving sibling, Maria Comazzetto, of Italy. Mira assimilated well to the Canadian culture but always had an attachment to her homeland of Italy. Whenever possible she returned to Italy to visit family and friends. Mira’s grandchildren gave her great joy and purpose in life. Mira will be laid to rest with her Husband at the Kirkland Lake Cemetery.Offer Condolence for the family of Palmira Facchin
