JOAN POAN,
Mrs. Joan Poan (nee Mc Garry) of Kirkland Lake passed away on Thursday Decamber 13, 2007 at the age of 76 years. Joan was predeceased by her husband Herman in 2006, one son Carl Poan, granddaughter in law Nicole Duciaume-Poan, and by her brother Ron McGarry. Joan was the loving mother of Len (Wendy) Poan and Cathy (Richard) LeClerc. Joan is survived by her grandchildren Holly (Keith) Labine, Darrel (Lisa) Poan, Darren (Lisa) Poan, Gary (Patricia) LeClerc, William LeClerc (Kimberly) and Matthew (Lisa) LeClerc; great grandchildren Dylan, Brady, Kennedy, Sean and Travis and Tyler. Brother Wayne McGarry (Suzanne) and Sister Patricia (David) Pierce. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Monette & French Funeral Home on Sunday December 16, 2007 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday December 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Parish with Father Wayne Mills officiating. Joan will be laid to rest with her husband, Herman in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery.
