So sorry to read about John’s passing. My sincere condolences to each of you. I remember him (and you too Carmen) as the custodians at Teck Centennial Library during my employment there. Brings some smiles to my face recalling some of the chuckles/laughs we had while he busily tackled his duties.

Robert and I were so sad to hear about the passing of Uncle John. My heart is full of sadness for all of you. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, friend and Uncle. I have so many wonderful memories of him that I will cherish forever. What man would let three little girls pinch pimples on his back with utensils (remember that Tammy?). I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle John. He was quite a character who always made time for us when we were kids. He was always doing or saying something to make us laugh. I talked to him on the phone a few years ago and he was the same old Uncle John even while he was grieving for Michael. At the end of the day we all have treasured memories of him which brings some comfort. You are in my thoughts and prayers as you grieve his loss and then celebrate his life.
