Henriette Moffatt, (nee Mcleod)
It is with great sorrow and broken hearts, the family announces Henriette’s passing on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022 at the Blanche River Health in Kirkland Lake with her nephew John by her side.
Henriette was born in Matachewan First nations on April 17th, 1935.
Predeceased by her parents Paul and Annie (nee Batisse) McLeod; son John Paul McLeod; sister Annie Charlton; Norma McLeod; Helene Martino; Sarah Bedard; Margaret Retes; Laurette Bowes; and brothers Paul McLeod and Manny McLeod.
Survived and forever cherished by her loving husband Ted Moffatt, son Clifford Mcleod, brother Barney, and Joseph McLeod. Dearest grandmother to Gail Lamarche, Pam Lamarche, Tedy (Shane) Lamarche, Tammy McLeod, and Douglas McLeod. Henriette will be sadly missed by all her great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

A caring cremation has taken place and a celebration of life in Henriette’s memory will be held on May 21st in Matachewan First Nations at 2:00 pm where family and friends can gather in her honor.
