In loving memory of Mrs. Genevieve (June) McCallum who passed away at Northview Nursing Home, Englehart, on Monday, December 11, 2017 at the age of 89. June was born October 22, 2017 in Huntsville, ON to the late Guilford and Lucy Brooks. She married George Ray McCallum on July 15, 1946 in Grassmere, ON. She was a woman of Faith. A hard worker who loved her family and God. She attended the Englehart Baptist Church prior to moving into the Northview Nursing Home. Pre-deceased by her husband George and daughters Becky Maxwell & Dena Mountain and grandchildren Stacey, Sandy, Megann and Kristine. She is survived by her daughter June & husband Philip Grant and her 4 sons Gary & his wife Muriel, John & his wife Mary-Anne, Joe & his wife Rhonda, George & his wife Amy and her son-in-laws Robert Maxwell and Doug Mountain. She will also be sadly missed by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family of the late Mrs. Genevieve (June) McCallum will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, Friday, December 15, from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at McDonald Funeral Home on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11:00 am. Pastor Rudy Kaufmann officiating. Spring Interment at the Brentha Cemetery. In memory contributions to the Alzheimer Society Canadian or the Canadian Breast Foundation will be greatly appreciated.
