Passed away peacefully on Monday, November 26, 2012 at the Kirkland & District Hospital. Eric will be dearly missed his two daughters Kelly and Denise; sons in law, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will also be missed by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to thank the staff at the Kirkland & District Hospital for the wonderful care provided to Eric during his last days. Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from Holy Name of Jesus Parish. Donations in Eric’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (2300 Yonge St. Suite 1300 Toronto, ON.
