It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of a lifetime resident of Kirkland Lake and area, Ella L. Lively (née Gauvreau) at the Kirkland & District Hospital on Saturday, August 29, 2009. Ella is now welcomed by her husband Vernon (1983); her precious daughter Diane (1951), her mother Blanche (née Lamothe) (1993) and her father Alphonse Gauvreau (1974). Ella is lovingly remembered by her children Gordon, Patrick and Donald; her siblings Jackie Charron, Richard Gauvreau and Cecile Desjardins. Family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 from 10:00 until 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. from the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel.
