Carol Deighton Mack,

CAROL DEIGHTON MACK,

2021

It is with heavy hearts that we announced the death of Carol Deighton Mack.  She passed away peacefully in the early morning of September 23, 2018.   She was predeceased by her mother, Elzene Anderson, brothers, Ron and Les Deighton and nephew, Chris Deighton.  Even though Carol suffered from depression, she will be remembered
by the many people she helped in her years as a PSW with Community Living and those she cared for in her group home.   She enjoyed telling stories about her youth and her wild ways with her very dear friend Geraldine “Gerry” Guindon and Dawn. Carol was a devout Christian and as such cherished her cross and depended on her faith to help her through times of trouble.   Survived by her three children Stephen Deighton, Ryan Mack (Natashia) and Christina Mack, her grandchildren also by her 2 brothers Larry Deighton (June) of Beamsville and Jim Deighton (Deanna) of Calgary and nieces and nephews.Offer Condolence for the family of Carol Deighton Mack

My heart is heavy after hearing of Carols passing. While she did suffer from depression, I recall many times we shared, when we were doubled over with laughter. Remembering her loving and giving nature prompted me to reconnect with her when I would visit family in the Kirkland Lake area recently. I will be forever grateful for a last few visits. Rest In Peace my friend, you earned your spot in His almighty kingdom.

This is very sad. I knew Carol for along time. I worked with her at Supreme Furniture and we had lots of fun. She is now with the angels and at peace.
