Mrs. Adorilda Fillion passed away at the Teck Pioneer Residence on Monday, August 10, 2009 at the age of 90 years. She was predeceased by her husband Rolland; sons Lorenzo and Jean-Guy and many siblings. Adorilda will be fondly remembered by her children Antoine (Cecile) of Chaput Hughes, Fernand (Opal) of Prince George, B.C., Rolland (June) of Chaput Hughes, Monique (late Don) Lavric of Chaput Hughes, Armand (Carmen) of Chaput Hughes, Henri (Cynthia) of Sesekinika, Madelaine (Marcel) L’Heureux and Real (Lisa) of Mississauga; daughter in law Ann of Chaput Hughes. She is also survived by her 22 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and sister Noella Sauveur. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Monette & French Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held from Paroisse Assomption on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Adorilda will be laid to rest in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery.
