STOYAND, Terry Louis (1946 – 2015)It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry Stoyand on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the Kirkland & District Hospital with family by his side, three days short of his 69th birthday. Terry was predeceased by his parents John and Evelyn Stoyand. He is survived by his wife Linda Young, his daughter Robin Ziolkowski, his son in law Max Thompson, his siblings; Bob Paananen (Ev) of North Bay, John Stoyand (Carol) of New Brunswick, Donna Hadley (Richard) of Iroquois Falls and Brenda Deforest (Bob) of Timmins, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Terry loved playing hockey in his earlier years as well as baseball, as his father did. He loved living in Sesekinika, loved nature, animals and loved “minding his own business”. He is also survived by his beloved grandpuppy Harley, his cats Puss & Boots and his best furry friend Sacha. In keeping with Terry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Donations in Terry’s memory may be made to the Timiskaming Hospice Palliative Care (145 Government Rd., East, P.O. Box 3000, Kirkland Lake, ON.
