SHIRLEY KELLY,

Shirley Kelly (née Comba) formerly of Kirkland Lake and King Kirkland passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 16, 2009 in Cornwall, ON. at the age of 74 years. Shirley was predeceased by her husband Alvy Charles “Bud” Kelly. She is survived by her children Arthur (Sue) Kelly of Slave Lake AB., Debbie (Brent) Charles of Cornwall, ON., Charlene (Brian) Hosken of Kirkland Lake, ON., Charles Kelly (Lisa Bernat) of Haileybury, ON. and Rachel (Dan) Charlton of Kirkland Lake, ON. 8 grandchildren – Melanie, Kirk, Darrell, Patricia, Kelly, Tommy, Stephanie and Dustin and 7 great grandchildren. Shirley is also survived by her sisters Grace Campbell of Englehart, ON. and Beryl (Cliff) Roesler of Victoria, B.C. and brother Mervyn (Carol) Comba of Casselberry, Florida. The family will receive relatives and friends at Monette & French Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Bob Weight officiating. Shirley will be laid to rest in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery. Donations by cheque only, may be made in Shirley’s memory to the Canadian Celiac Association (5170 Dixie Rd. Suite 204 Mississauga, ON.
