BURNETT, Sheila

Sheila Burnett (Card) Temiskaming Lodge Residence Sheila Burnett (Card) died peacefully on October 23, 2014 at age of 81 years. She was born in New Liskeard, ON May 3, 1933 to George and Rosie (nee Wall) Card. Sheila was married to Donald Burnett Jr. on August 7, 1954. For the past 55 years Sheila has been an active member in the congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. This was her life work and found great joy in helping others. Sheila is predeceased by her parents George and Rose (nee Wall) Card, her bothers Raymond and Roanld Card, her son Mark Burnett Sr. in 2013 and daughter in law Laurie Burnett in 2007. Sheila is survived by her husband Donald Burnett Jr. Her sons Duncan (Janet) Burnett, Randy Burnett, daughter Donna (Steven Wilson), daughter in law Andrea (Mark) Burnett; grandchildren Mark (Brittany) Burnett, Andrew Burnett, Amanda (Marc) Martel, Elena (Dustin) Berg and Tyler Burnett; step grandchildren Callie,Matthew (Amy); great grandchildren Courtland and Rykker Martel and Rosalie Burnett and step great grandchild Raylynn, sisters Elaine Budan, Lois (Bob) Lyng and Wanda (Charlie) Peckover, sisters-in-law Anita Card and Glenna Card and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness at 2 p.m. on Monday October 27, 2014 in Temiskaming Shores, ON. In lieu of flowers donations to be given to Watch Tower Society of Jehovah's Witnesses.
