Pedersen, Rose Ange (née Turbide) – At Mirimachi Lodge, Pembroke on Monday, April 28, 2008 in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husband Val (Valdemar) 1971. Survived by six children: Jo Anne (Ken Ahronson) and Ron (Linda) of Pembroke, Penny (Gordon Davey) of Shelburne, Ken (Jan) of Kars, Sonny/Steve (Jean) of Revelstoke B.C., Dan (Trish) of Florence. Grandchildren: Kristjan Ahronson (Lowri Hughes), Arni Ahronson (Carolin Eberman), Valerie (James Reddin), Randy Pedersen (Toni), Debbra (Michael McFarlane), Richard Davey (Patricia), Peter Pedersen (Jane), Karen (Gareth James), Robert Pedersen (Shayne), Neil Pedersen, Jeremy Pedersen, John Sali (Crystal), Bryan Sali (Anne), Scott Pedersen, Craig Pedersen (Julie), Georgie and Allie. Great Grandmother of 19. Rose, a long time resident of Kearns was one of 9 children and is survived by several sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and friends. Family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Sunday, May 4, 2008 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated from the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel of the Monette & French Funeral Home on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Rose Ange will be laid to rest in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery following the service. Donations in her memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (P.O. Box 1122, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3M7).Offer Condolence for the family of Rose Ange Pedersen

Sorry about the loss, she will be missed, Rose Ange and my mother (Irene Kozak) were very good friends, I even lived across from her house, she loved doing crafts, she showed alot of people how to make things. Even my daughters. She will be sadly missed. Susan & Yvon Hebert

I was greatly saddened to hear about the passing of Rose Ange. She was a great friend of mine and we spent many a summers day bouncing around the back road looking for the best blueberry patch. Picking until our baskets were full and then driving off to Rouyn to see what we could sell them for. Those are memories of her that will forever stay with me. She is in my thoughts and prayers.
