I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s so very difficult to lose someone so young. I’m sure he wouldn’t have remembered me as my family left Kirkland Lake in 1963 but I was a friend of his sister Darlene’s and we’ve only just connected again after all these years. Our families were neighbors. May you all find strength with each other and remember how important family is. Things can change so quickly in our lives. Keep the memories of the good times you had with him and he’ll never leave you.

R.i.p robert …. You will be remembered throughout the people that had the pleasure to meet you, as the hard working, kind and warm hearted person that you are.

The definition of a good man was Robert Hansen. He was an excellent worker and a good friend to us at CGV Builders. He was generous to the point where we had to stop him sometimes:) He had a big heart. I will always remember the day that he surprised all of us workers in our lunch room with a Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Giving to others always made him happy. You will be missed my friend. Rest In Peace. Mitch Jean and CGV Builders

I was so sadden to hear of the passing of my friend, Bob. We worked together at Teck Pioneer Residence back in the late 70’s. He was a good person and very kind hearted. He even helped me bring in ice out of the lake up at our fishing camp on Lady Evelyn Lake. A very hard worker and would do anything for anyone. You will be missed, Bob!
