LIVELY, Patrick

In loving memory of Mr. Patrick Ronald Lively, who passed away suddenly at his home in North Bay on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the age of 59. Beloved brother of Gordon and his wife Dianne, and Donald. Survived by his Nieces and Nephews, Derek, Pam, and Kim and his Grand Nieces and Nephews Noah, Aline, William, Zackary, Ella, Vincent and Emmett. Predeceased by his parents Vernon Lively and Ella (nee Gauvreau) and his sister Diane. Patrick worked at the ONTC / Ontera for 30 years until his retirement, he also had a number of hobbies which included Downhill Skiing, Golfing, Curling and had many friends which he loved spending time with. Patrick's family will receive friends at the Perrin Funeral Chapel on Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 10 am until noon. Commencing at noon, there will be words of remembrance followed by a funeral service conducted by Fr. John Lemire. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
