MARIE ROBAR,

Passed away at Extendicare of Kirkland Lake on Wednesday, May 07, 2008 at the age of 94 years. She is predeceased by her parents Jack and Lillian (née Blakely); her husband Ernest; 3 infant brothers; 3 brothers John, Malcolm and Gordon; 2 sisters Pearl Long, Ruby Combs and Verena Ruddy. Marie is survived by 2 step sons Ernest (Linda) Robar and Joe (Linda) Robar; sister Evelyn (late Doug) Rae of Trenton; 3 brothers Courtney (late Claire) McPhee of Kirkland Lake, Donald (Ruby) McPhee also of Kirkland Lake, Bruce (Bunny) McPhee of Burlington. Forever remembered by several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Friday, May 9, 2008 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel of the Monette & French Funeral Home on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with a burial to follow in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery. Donations in Marie’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society , Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and will be greatly acknowledged by the family.Offer Condolence for the family of Marie Robar
