LAROSE, Marie-Rose Adelia (née Vachon) – It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Marie-Rose LaRose at the Kirkland & District Hospital on June 10, 2009. Born in Ste-Germaine, Dorchester Québec on February 2, 1918. Married on September 27, 1937 she is predeceased by her husband Alphonse on October 11, 1995. She is also predeceased by her siblings; Joseph Vachon, Leo Vachon, Francis Vachon, Victor Vachon, Yvonne Julien, Marie-Ange Leclerc, Laura Fortier, Ophilia Proulx and Emelda Leroux. Marie-Rose is survived by her sons Richard (Kathryn) of Chalk River, Bernard (Bev) of Kirkland Lake and Donald (Sandy) also of Kirkland Lake and six grandchildren Marie, Kelsey, Derek, Teralee, Donald Jr. and Jeffrey as well as two great grandchildren George and Patrick. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Saturday, June 13, 2009 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. with a funeral service to follow from the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be held at the Kirkland Lake Cemetery. Elle rejoint ses frères et soeurs; Joseph Vachone, Leo Vachon, Francis Vachon, Victor Vachon, Yvonne Julien, Marie-Ange Leclerc, Laura Fortier, Ophilia Proulx and Emelda Leroux. Marie-Rose laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Richard (Kathryn) de Chalk River, Bernard (Bev) de Kirkland Lake ainsi que Donald (Sandy) aussi de Kirkland Lake, et de plus six petits enfants Marie, Kelsey, Derek, Teralee, Donald Jr., Jeffrey et 2 arrieres petits enfants George et Patrick. Marie était une femme, grandmère et arrière grandmère énormement dévouée à sa famille. La famille recevra parents et amis au Salon Funéraire MONETTE & FRENCH (450 rue Gouvernement Ouest, Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) le samedi 13 juin, 2009 de 9 :30 à 10 :30 suivit d’une funéraille à 10 :30 en la chapelle Teck-Hughes .
